I found this picture of the exorcism. It’s a rare photo? I have never seen before. maybe is a screen cap or a rare still. What do you think about?

Lena, it’s not new. It’s an old promo movie window card that’s been around since the movie was released.

As an aside: notice that Regan’s face is not facing the camera … WB didn’t let the “secret face” of Regan out to the public to play into people’s curiosity (and, of course, increase sales). In fact, if I recall correctly, her face was banned by the MPAA in advertising of all types including trailers … I just can’t remember were I read that recently. The only trailer I can remember having both Regan’s possessed face and Pazuzu’s is the one black-and-white version that has very quick flashes. You can see it on WB’s homepage under The Exorcist.
