Regan
ParticipantI wonder if there are any props floating around from the original Exorcist movie, other than the Regan “Dummy”. Maybe Blatty or Friedkin have something in their possession?
Would be cool to have the bed or the bed sheets!!!

ParticipantI wouldn’t buy any “wooden nickels” after 37 years! 🙂
I own the actual chest burster (the black one that comes out of Weaver’s upper abdomen) from Aliens … but I don’t think that counts. Oh, and somewhere buried in boxes I have an original life mask created by Dick Smith’s crew of Blair in demon makeup. This is a positive impression from the negative mold (I think I have one of those, too). Who knows, I’ve purchased and sold so much Hollyweird stuff over the years that I’m confused on where things are (except the Alien chest burster that’s in my office looking at me as I type this … ugly little thing).

ParticipantHere ya go … I just took “its” picture in my office. This is the original one you see in the upper left-hand corner of the picture of Ripley (below). I’ve had “it” for many, many moons now. It’s a great way to keep children and young adults out of my office (although I do see a lot of fingerprints on the box).
(As I’ve said, I have boxes everywhere since I moved THREE YEARS AGO! Too much work, not enough time!) Maybe Regan will show up soon in an unpacked box.

ParticipantI have the gift that William Friedkin gave Jason Miller after doing the film. Its a cube with a film cell inside that says “In Appreciation Jason Miller- The Exorcist- from William Friedkin 1974”. Its all in the Exorcist font. When I purchased it from a local guy in Scranton, where Mr. Miller lived & died, he threw in Jason’s SAG card as well.

ParticipantHow awesome that you have that film cell in your possession (heehee), instead of it being simply lost or discarded.
A bit obvious this one, but I’m sure Dick Smith still has the pea soup projectile mouth bladder whatever-you-call-it thing, he even wore it in The Fear Of God doc.

ParticipantThe cube/cell is probably my most prized possession. From what i heard, the cube was given in a black box to the main characters – Linda Blair supposedly has hers displayed in her office. Jason Miller, not surprisingly according to his local legend, didn’t take such good care of his. The top has a mark as if he left a candle melt on top of it. I’ll try adding a couple more of my Jason Miller items.

ParticipantI wonder who wouldn’t sign their own SAG card? It’s kind of naive that SAG has to put that it’s, “Not valid unless signed” on there. 🙂
