FasTrak Toll Charges Not Updating

    Drove through a FasTrak toll lane, and the charge still hasn’t shown up in my account. Usually, it updates within a day or two, but this time, there’s nothing. The transponder is working fine, and the payment method is valid, so I’m wondering if delays happen often. How long does it usually take for toll charges to process?

    Ran into something like this a while back, and it had me scratching my head. Took the same route I always do, but a few days later, my account showed the toll charge twice, fastrak customer service told me that sometimes toll readers misfire and create duplicate charges, especially if the transponder doesn’t register correctly the first time. They were able to review the logs and refund the extra charge, but now I always double-check my trip history just in case. If you ever see weird charges, grabbing a screenshot before the next billing cycle helps make the dispute process smoother.
