Hi all, I’ve been taking Mounjaro for about five months now, and lately I’ve been wondering if I should adjust my dose. At first, I was losing weight steadily, but over the past month it’s slowed down a lot. I stumbled on this article that goes into when it might make sense to increase your dose and what factors to think about: https://evernu.co.uk/blog/when-to-increase-mounjaro-dose . It got me thinking about my own results, but I’m still not sure what to do. Has anyone else been in this spot?

Yeah, I found myself in a similar place a little while back. After a couple of months, the initial excitement of rapid loss leveled off and I started questioning whether sticking with the same dose was still worth it. The article you shared really helped me understand how plateauing can sometimes signal it’s time to talk to your doctor about an increase. For me, after discussing it with my GP and keeping track of how I felt, we tried a slight bump in dose. I definitely noticed a difference in appetite control and energy after a few weeks, but I also paid close attention to any side effects so I could adjust quickly if needed.

Just jumping into this thread as someone who hasn’t been on Mounjaro, but I think it’s cool that you’re researching and listening to your body before making decisions. It seems like paying attention to how you’re feeling and monitoring changes over time is key with any medication or treatment — not just waiting for a number on the scale.
