Linda Blair is Down Under to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of The Exorcist with some Q&A screenings of the film (2k print!!).
Myself, Ryan and Justin hope to meet Linda in Sydney on Wednesday (just a few hours away now) at a comic book signing. That evening we'll be attending a sold out Q&A screening. Justin and I are flying in from interstate to meet Ryan and attend these events– it'll be the first time we've met each other in person which, after all these years, will be exciting, albeit overshadowed by the fact that we're there to meet the amazing Linda Blair.
A few days later (Saturday) Justin and I will be travelling to Canberra (Australia's capital) to attend a meet-and-greet with Linda, followed by yet another screening and Q&A.
I figured it'd be nice to create a thread so we can recount our experiences and perhaps I'll publish parts on the main page once it's over.
I was lucky enough to see her at Kings Comics in Sydney yesterday. Talk about a dream come true ! Apart from getting a few things autographed and my picture taken with her, I also gave her one of my Regan wall hangers which I make. She seemed very impressed with it and I hope it finds it's way onto her wall someday.
I was also at the Kings Comics signing, I had just landed in Sydney for the first time and caught a taxi straight there. Got a few things signed (film cells and a DVD) and Linda was just great. Loved the way she addressed the whole store when she stepped inside. I will post more details and images soon, both here and the main page. Should get Justin and Ryan to post as well, they were both there as well as the Q&A screenings. Justin also joined me in Canberra which was amazing.
Now this IS exciting. I am so happy you got to meet Linda. Please include a thread from all of you in one place so we can enjoy your time, too.

meeting linda blair in sydney is legendary, especially for the horror community here in australia. it’s sick that you guys are finally linking up in person after all these years—travelling down to canberra for the meet-and-greet sounds like the ultimate aussie road trip. when i’m just killing time between events or waiting for those photo uploads, i usually spend a bit of time on stay casino online casino to keep the energy going. looking forward to seeing the footage from the q&a!
