it appears on the trailer for Exorcist II, but the scene is not in the movie.

There was another pic from the teaser trailer, possibly and alternate angle but I dont think this exact pic appears anywhere in the trailer.

It was originally planned for Pazuzu to fully manifest through Regan at the end of the movie. This was the makeup to be used.
John Boorman decided a pretty girl in a negligee was far scarier.
Which says rather a lot about him…

the “monster” in the pic is not Linda Blair,really???!
she said that no more would be subject to demonic make-up…

I found this on Dick Smith’s website. It says it’s for the makeup he did on the Heretic but I’m not exactly sure who or what it was for.
