The footage I want wasn’t filmed. 🙁 The sappy bit with Fr Dyer talking to the jogger… and Karras coming up the stairs. I don’t want it to be IN the movie, just as a bonus on the dvd. 😉
ive posted this before but seeing as we might be getting nearer to a maxed outpackage of the exorcist the remaining footage i would most like to see is sureley the holy grail for most fans who are aware of it existing, yes i’m talking about the captain howdy test footage which featured only shortly at the beginning of the fear of god doc. there is just over a min of this disturbing footage of eileen dietz contorting her face in a maelevolent fury, and as far as i know the only person to have seen this apart from the film crew who worked on it is mark kermode, luckygit! does anyone else feel the same way as i do, i know i wanna see this stuff either 1. before i die. or 2. before this footage is lost due to the ravages of time just because lazy bigwig execs cant be bothered to preserve this stuff. ok rant over now!
