In the link, there are apparently, according this french website, a trailer with a cut sequence, “a missing morphing” (?).

Sorry, but the jpg's are unavailable: “Server not found”, and the French site has no Translator that I can see, and there is no prominent reference to Ex: III.

With Google, you can have the link, it’s the first ….the pics about Fangoria are already in Ninth Configuration, and this french article is just a translation about Blatty comment in the same website,  about the fact that the producers have no interest to make a director cut of the Exorcist 3.

If you can’t, you can see directly in the google link, there are also the supposed rare trailers (I’m not sure if it’s rare or not, I’m not fan of the Exorcist 3).
