    Has anyone made a payment that didn’t show up in their Metro by T?Mobile account? My receipt shows successful, but the app says balance due. Support chat keeps looping back to automated replies.

The rep confirmed the transaction was pending due to a system sync delay and manually marked it as received. Within an hour, the service was active again.
