There is an question where I block, how is made the levitation in the film ?

Linda Blair (Regan) was suspended using piano wires which were cleverly painted to match the colour of the walls behind them. Still, they are somewhat visible in the original version.

Fellow moderator Justin made a thread about it back in 2008 and provided some pictures as proof that they are visible. Have a look here.
